HOW TO INITIATE A CALL
Dial your local or toll-free CallCharm
Access number
At the voice prompt, if you have not entered any
Direct Access Number
you will be prompted to enter your Account number and PIN
Then Dial the number you want to call; you must dial the
country code and number, and then press #. For example,dial
011 (the U.S. country code) + area code and number, then the
# key.
To redial don't hang , simply press the * key for two
seconds and start over when you hear the prompt.
If you will like to abort while dialing, simply press
the * * keys and start over when you hear the prompt.
Simply,
press the * * keys and dial the new number to make a new
call l, followed by the # key.

PIN ADVANTAGE
allows you to store numbers you frequently call from: Cell ,
Home Office etc, so you won't have to enter a Pin number every
time. The CallCharm system recognizes your number anytime you
call from a
PIN ADVANTAGE
number. After the prompt, just dial the destination country code
+ area code and number. |

Speed Dial Numbers |
Calling your frequently called numbers is now much easier.
Store up to 20 of your most frequently dialed numbers on your
account and press the number against the number and press *.
